Fresh Winter Salad Recipe (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Salad Greens

01 - 10 ounces spring mix salad greens
02 - 2 cups baby spinach

→ Fruits and Nuts

03 - 2 small apples, thinly sliced
04 - 2 baby mandarin oranges, peeled
05 - 1 large pomegranate, seeded
06 - 1/3 cup walnuts, chopped

→ Cheese

07 - 1/3 cup feta cheese, crumbled

→ Dressing

08 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
09 - 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar or lemon juice
10 - 1 teaspoon dijon mustard (optional)
11 - ¼ teaspoon salt
12 - ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

# Instructions:

01 - In a large serving bowl, arrange salad mix, baby spinach, apple slices, mandarin slices, pomegranate seeds, walnuts, and feta cheese.
02 - In a small mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth and well combined.
03 - Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine. Serve immediately.
