Set your oven at 375°F and grease up a 9x13 baking pan.

Cut out small tops from rolls and carefully scoop out a bit of the inside, leaving the bottom untouched.

In a small bowl, mix melted butter with cinnamon and brown sugar. Brush this mix inside and over the tops of the rolls.

Beat cream cheese until it’s velvety, then stir in the sugar and egg until it all comes together smoothly.

Scoop the cream cheese filling into each roll. Bake them for around 15 minutes, until they turn golden and the centers look set.
