Cheesy Burger Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For the Filling

01 - 1 pound (450g) ground beef
02 - 1 small onion, finely diced
03 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
04 - 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
05 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
06 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
07 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or cubed for gooier centers)

→ For the Bombs

08 - 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
09 - 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
10 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
11 - 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
12 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped (for garnish)

# Instructions:

01 - Get your skillet hot over medium heat and cook the ground beef with diced onion until the beef is nicely browned. Don't forget to drain off the extra grease! Mix in your garlic powder, a splash of Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Take it off the heat and let it cool down a bit.
02 - First things first - get your oven warming up to 375°F (190°C) and line your baking sheet with parchment paper. Take each biscuit and flatten it out into a nice 4-inch circle.
03 - Here's where the magic happens! Drop a generous spoonful of your beef mixture right in the middle of each dough circle. Add a good pinch of cheese (or pop in a cheese cube if you're feeling fancy). Now, carefully wrap the dough around all that goodness and pinch those edges really well to seal everything in. Place them seam-side down on your prepared baking sheet.
04 - Mix up your melted butter with garlic powder in a small bowl. Brush this tasty mixture all over your bombs, then shower them with grated parmesan cheese.
05 - Pop them in the oven for 12-15 minutes, or until they're beautifully golden brown. Let them cool for about 5 minutes, then sprinkle with fresh parsley if you're using it.

# Notes:

01 - Make sure to seal the edges of the dough really well to keep all the filling inside
02 - Feel free to mix it up with different cheeses - mozzarella, pepper jack, or gouda all work great
