Easy Sloppy Joe Bake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 lb lean ground beef
02 - 16 oz spiral pasta noodles cooked until al dente
03 - 2 cans Manwich style sloppy joe sauce 15 oz each

→ Vegetables

04 - 1 yellow onion chopped up small
05 - 1 bell pepper cut into tiny chunks

→ Cheese

06 - 2 cups fresh shredded cheddar split in half

# Instructions:

01 - Toss your ground beef into a big skillet with the chopped onion and pepper. Cook everything until the meat is brown and veggies get soft. Pour out the extra fat.
02 - Pour in all your sloppy joe sauce. Mix it up good and let it bubble for a minute or two.
03 - Dump in your cooked pasta and stir until everything is mixed up nice.
04 - Mix in about half to three quarters of your shredded cheese until it gets all melty.
05 - Sprinkle the rest of your cheese on top and keep it on low heat until it melts. Pop a lid on if you want it to melt faster. Add some parsley on top if you're feeling fancy.

# Notes:

01 - Any pasta shape works just fine
02 - You can skip the veggies but they make it taste better
03 - Great for making ahead and freezing
