# Ingredients:

01 - 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
02 - 1 cup creamy peanut butter
03 - 1 cup powdered sugar
04 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
05 - 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

→ For the Coating

06 - 12 ounces semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips
07 - 1 tablespoon coconut oil or shortening (optional)

→ Optional Toppings

08 - Crushed peanuts
09 - Sprinkles
10 - Melted white chocolate

# Instructions:

01 - Beat your cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy. Mix in the graham cracker crumbs until well combined.
02 - Scoop about a tablespoon of mixture and roll into balls. Line them up on a parchment-lined baking sheet and chill for 30 minutes.
03 - Melt your chocolate chips with coconut oil in 30-second bursts in the microwave, stirring between each until smooth.
04 - Dip each chilled ball in melted chocolate, let excess drip off, then place back on the sheet. Add toppings while chocolate is still wet.
05 - Refrigerate until chocolate sets, about 15 minutes. Enjoy chilled or at room temperature.
