Simple Pizza Bagels (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 4 plain bagels cut in half for toasting
02 - 1/2 cup of your favorite pizza or pasta sauce
03 - 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

→ Toppings

04 - 12 pepperoni slices diced into small pieces
05 - 2 oz crispy cooked pancetta bits
06 - A sprinkle of dried oregano
07 - Fresh cracked black pepper to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Get your oven nice and hot at 400°F. Move the rack near the top. Put some parchment on a baking sheet. Keep it handy.
02 - Cut those bagels in half. Put about a spoon of sauce on each bagel half. Add a good handful of cheese. Put some pepperoni and pancetta on top. Shake on some oregano and pepper. Add extra cheese if you want. Put them on your lined baking sheet. Do this for all the bagels.
03 - Pop them in the hot oven for 10 to 15 minutes until the cheese gets all melty and bubbly.

# Notes:

01 - Want to save them for later? Put the topped bagels in the freezer on parchment paper for an hour or two until they get firm
02 - Keep your frozen pizza bagels in a sealed freezer bag and they will last a month
03 - To cook from frozen just bake at 350°F until the cheese gets melty
