Caprese Naan Flatbread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 4 pieces of naan flatbread

→ Cheese & Seasonings

02 - 8 ounces block mozzarella shredded
03 - 8 ounces small fresh mozzarella balls cut in two
04 - 4 cloves garlic finely grated
05 - 2 tbsp good quality olive oil

→ Toppings

06 - Red onion sliced super thin about 1/4 cup
07 - 4 vine ripened tomatoes cut into thin rounds
08 - Big pinch sea salt

→ Garnish

09 - Shaved parmesan cheese
10 - Fresh basil picked from stems

# Instructions:

01 - Get your oven nice and hot at 400°F.
02 - Grab a bowl and mix your shredded mozzarella, olive oil, grated garlic and just a tiny bit of salt until everything looks shiny and well mixed.
03 - Take your naan breads and cover them with the cheese mixture. Layer on your tomato slices, add some red onion rings, and dot with the halved mozzarella balls.
04 - Pop them in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes depending on how hot your oven runs until you see golden brown bubbling cheese.
05 - Top with some shaved parmesan and tear over fresh basil leaves. Cut it up and eat while its hot!
