Quick Grilled Chicken Burrito (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Burrito Base

01 - 8 large flour tortillas (10-inch)
02 - 16 oz grilled chicken breast strips
03 - 16 oz shredded cheddar cheese (Mexican blend or Colby jack work great too)

→ Fresh Ingredients

04 - 1/2 head iceberg lettuce (roughly 4 cups when chopped)
05 - 1 1/4 cup fresh diced tomatoes (about 3/4 of a beefsteak tomato)

→ Sauces & Toppings

06 - 1/2 cup ranch dressing
07 - 1/2 cup Taco Bell Creamy Chipotle Sauce
08 - 3 oz crunchy tortilla strips (or crushed tortilla chips as an alternative)

# Instructions:

01 - Start by getting all your ingredients ready - grate your cheese if not pre-shredded, chop the lettuce into bite-sized pieces, and dice your tomatoes. Arrange everything in an assembly line to make the burrito-making process smooth and easy.
02 - Lay out a large flour tortilla and layer it with 1/2 cup cheese, 1/2 cup chicken strips, 1 tablespoon each of chipotle sauce and ranch dressing, 1/2 cup lettuce, 2 tablespoons diced tomatoes, and 1/3 cup tortilla strips.
03 - Carefully tuck in the sides of your tortilla and roll it up into a tight burrito shape.
04 - Heat up your skillet over medium heat and grill your burrito on all sides until it's beautifully golden and crispy.

# Notes:

01 - This is a Taco Bell inspired burrito that's become a family favorite! Even kids love these warm tortillas packed with flavorful ingredients.
02 - You can customize the cheese type - Mexican blend or Colby jack work great as alternatives to cheddar.
