Melty Garlic Chicken Sandwich (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For the Filling

01 - 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded into bite-sized pieces
02 - 1/4 cup mayonnaise
03 - 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
04 - Salt and pepper to taste

→ For the Sandwich

05 - 2 thick slices garlic bread
06 - 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
07 - 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

# Instructions:

01 - Grab a bowl and mix your shredded chicken with mayo and Dijon mustard. Season it up with a pinch of salt and pepper - give it a taste and adjust the seasoning until it's just right.
02 - Lay out your garlic bread slices. Spread that tasty chicken mixture on one slice, then shower it with both mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Pop the other slice on top.
03 - Heat up a skillet over medium heat. Place your sandwich in and let it cook for about 4-5 minutes until golden brown, then flip and cook the other side. You want that cheese to get all melty and delicious.
04 - Once your bread is crispy and your cheese is perfectly melted, take it off the heat. Let it cool for just a minute, then slice and enjoy while it's nice and warm!

# Notes:

01 - You can use leftover rotisserie chicken or any cooked chicken you have on hand
02 - Try adding some fresh herbs like basil or parsley for extra flavor
03 - Want some heat? Add a dash of hot sauce or red pepper flakes to the chicken mix
