01 - 1 can (10 oz) Rotel tomatoes, drained
02 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened
03 - 1 cup sour cream
04 - 1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
05 - 1 cup shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese

→ Optional Garnish

06 - 1-2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

# Instructions:

01 - In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, and ranch seasoning mix. Stir until completely smooth and well blended.
02 - Fold in the drained Rotel tomatoes and shredded cheese. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are evenly distributed throughout the dip.
03 - Cover the mixing bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, allowing the flavors to meld and intensify.
04 - Stir the chilled dip and transfer to a serving bowl. If desired, sprinkle with fresh chopped cilantro for added flavor and color.
05 - Serve the dip chilled, accompanied by tortilla chips, crackers, or fresh vegetables. Watch it disappear quickly!
